Get Started in Your New Pregnancy App

Follow the steps below. If you need help getting started, you can reply to the support email address in your email invitation, or the email address on your app's welcome screen. You can also call (650) 864-4320.

Step 1: Check your email for an invitation from your doctor. You might have a text message, too.

Step 2: Download your new pregnancy app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The invitations have a link to download your app.

Are you using your new app in your phone's web browser? 

Easily find your app when you need it by saving the website to your home screen. 

iPhone or iPad with Safari

  1. Open Safari and navigate to the website you want to add
  2. Tap the Share button, which looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Choose a name for the shortcut
  5. Tap Add. The shortcut will appear on your home screen as an "app" icon, which is the site's favicon. Tapping the shortcut will open the website.

iPhone or iPad with Chrome

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome.
  2. Go to the website you want to create a shortcut for.
  3. To the right of the address bar, tap Share  and then Add to Home Screen.
  4. Edit the website details.
  5. Tap Add. The shortcut will appear on your home screen as an "app" icon, which is the site's favicon. Tapping the shortcut will open the website.

Android with Chrome

  1. On your Android device, open Chrome
  2. Go to the website you want to create a shortcut for.
  3. To the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Add to home screen and then Create shortcut.
  4. From the dialog that appears: Rename: Select the default name for the shortcut or rename the shortcut.
  5. Tap Add. The shortcut will appear on your home screen as an "app" icon, which is the site's favicon. Tapping the shortcut will open the website.
